Bench policy is very bad.

I really enjoyed the job didn’t have any complaints.

Limited growth financial and skill

No hike or componsation up to the mark

No hikes for 2 years

No proper hikes, no work life balance

No proper hike even you have good skills

Role depends on the project. Might get business account role.

I don't have any disadvantages.

Salary hike less sometimes but not always

If u are working on an outdated tech and want to switch internal is very difficult

Groups and personal friendships with backstabber abilities Political dynamics, every leader needs to be in a particular type of party not in professional IT services industry Looting clients since forever Only people who are part of the dirty culture survive Professional Gaming abilities where souls are traded for resumes and names are changed in order to employ and keep internal preferred candidates Professional Yes sir and boss s**king abilities , only for people who never want to change and call their similar traits as being "ethical" Extreme harassment and sexual abuse. No issue resolution even after Ombunds and telling the Founder / cultural officer and CHRO himself on call.

Bench policy is not good , after 45 days if you fail to take project they will put you on lwp

Recently I joined in wipro. I have no downsides about wipro

Very hierarchical organization Poor communication from senior management

No major growth aspect here

You wont get much salary hike

Hike is less compared to other company

Everything was fake in the company.no proper planing, guys who was there from long time simply tortured to new employees.

Project Issues, Management is not so good

Less incentive and recognition from employer's side
