Software engineer
Work life balance. Allows work from home.
Less salary. . . .
Network voice engineer
1) good company to start as a fresher, 2)get to work on different tech and projects.
1) The pay scale and increase are very low and do not beat inflation. 2) do not join the WILP program as a fresher as it does not provide full-time employment and the scholarship amount is very low. so if you are an earning person in the family please do not join the WILP program just because of a Mtech degree. 3) Project managers do not follow the shift rotation policy of the WILP employees. 4) last and most importantly if you have a dedicated skill set before joining the company they do not expect you will get the same job to work on, over here skill sets are not considered by the managers they are just dumped wherever there is open space which demotivates the workforce, and there is no option for the switch to.

Flexible Working Hours in Wipro
Started following Hybrid WFH policy strictly.
Solution architect
Working onsite for a client project is relatively smooth. The company sponsors your work permit and allows your family to accompany you for long-term assignments (over six months). Additionally, they provide round-trip tickets in case of critical health emergencies involving close family members.
There are no significant benefits, and the salary is average considering the high cost of living in major cities where the onsite opportunity is offered.
Project engineer

Diverse Learning Opportunities – Access to various training programs and certifications. 4. Work-Life Balance – Flexible work arrangements in many projects and teams. 5. Strong Brand Reputation – Being part of a globally recognized company adds credibility to your career.
1. Slow Salary Growth – Increment percentages are lower compared to industry standards. 2. Limited Career Advancement – Internal promotions and role changes can take time. 3. Bureaucracy in Decision-Making – Many approvals and processes slow down progress. 4. Work Pressure in Certain Projects – Some teams experience high workloads with tight deadlines. 5. Variable Work Experience – Your experience depends heavily on the project and manager.
