Medical device complaint specialist
Opportunity to work on real-time global client projects. Initial learning exposure to medical device complaint handling.
Severely Exploitative Work Hours: Often compelled to work up to 17 hours a day, including mandatory overtime on weekends, without any additional pay. Unrealistic Targets: Daily target of 65+ complex complaint cases in a 9-hour shift was unachievable and mentally draining. Toxic Leadership: Team leads and managers resorted to threats and coercion rather than professional guidance. Escalating concerns to higher management resulted in career threats, as the upper hierarchy appears deeply compromised. Forced Meetings: Regular, non-productive meetings ran for 6–7 hours after shift hours, contributing to mental and physical burnout. Negligible Growth: Despite top-tier performance, the total increment over 2 years was just 3% — even with positive client feedback and highest case closure with quality metrics. No Work-Life Balance: No flexibility, zero empathy, and constant micromanagement. Employees are treated more like replaceable labor than professionals.

Nothing likes about the company
They still hire the people after knowing that projects will no more with the company. They cheat and do fraud for employees. 1. Poor Project Management Projects often suffer from unclear goals, shifting priorities, and lack of proper planning, leading to inefficiencies and employee frustration. 2. Lack of Accountability Among Managers Some managers avoid taking responsibility for project failures, often shifting blame to team members. If employee are laid off at lower level then manager should be laid off because not proper managing the clients. 3. Unfair Layoff Practices Layoffs can occur without proper performance evaluation or transparency, sometimes due to internal politics or mismanagement. Limited Career Growth in Certain Projects Opportunities for skill development and promotions can be limited, especially in stagnant or poorly managed projects. 4.Communication Gaps Important decisions are often made without consulting or informing the affected teams, leading to confusion and low morale. 5. Favoritism and Internal Politics Recognition and opportunities may be influenced more by personal connections than by merit or performance. 5.Inconsistent Workload Distribution Some employees are overburdened while others have little to do, due to poor resource planning. 6.Lack of Support During Transitions Employees transitioning between projects or facing layoffs often receive minimal support from leadership. 7.Employee Feedback Often Ignored Suggestions and concerns raised by employees are rarely acted upon, making it hard to drive positive change. 8.Job Security Concerns Frequent restructuring and project cancellations create an unstable work environment. They laid off to loyal employees who worked their for more than 5 years 9. They do philanthropy of 66 percent to wipro trust. If your employee get minimum salary, no growth in financial and promotions , laid off due to poor upper level management, poor hikes and increment, then no need to do philanthropy. Give some half of the money of 66 percent of philanthropy to employee because Wipro has profit because of employee.
