Shift extension due to overwork sometime

1) Many teams have toxic environments, which are blindly supported by Mid leadership and Top Leadership like CEO's and Chairman are unaware of such toxic environment which is being supported by their own reportees. 2) Many a times variable pay which is part of CTC is not even paid, even if you as individual has does excellent Job and same has been officially recognized by your reporting manager and Sr. Managers. So, while negotiating with recruiters at the time of joining please ignore the variable pay completely even if they say you will receive 80%-90% of it. 3) Salary increments for most of the staff will not be more than 5% ever on year except in exceptional scenarios. 4) HR involvement is absolutely Zero from Employee wellbeing perspective, they are there only to ask you to wear particular dress code for occasions and to celebrate occasions. But don't expect anything else. They do not take even a step more than that. You won't even know who your line HR is unless you check into portal. and even after that if you contact them, they will not know you. (NO Hard feeling to HR-Community as I know they also work equally hard if not more,) but unfortunately that not the case in WIPRO. Also, all HRs are strictly overpowered and controlled Operations and Delivery, HR-Leadership does not have spine to Stand up against wrong in WIPRO. 5) Excellent company for female employees from security, on the other hand Male Employees are not protected and not trusted by HR and rather threatened many a times by HR and Management. 6) Excellent environment for LGBTQ++ Community. 7) Work Life Balance in Noida and Pune office is not that great. 8) Not a great company for smokers as its against smoking and their humongous campuses do not have anything to support such staff as it takes more than 15 mins to walk out of majority of their locations.

Less hikes and Less ratings

Nothing as such as i observed.

Old technology, less hike,sat working (due client location)

Very low hikes. Even for exceptional performers.

It becomes quite monotonous sometimes.
