My pay was wrong 5 months in a row (missing money) Management terrible Culture of thinking 'everyone is on the take' - never worked for an organisation where the default assumption is everyone is unprofessional and won't do the right thing No-one responds to emails or team chats Difficult to build network when there are no 'practice' meetings and your manager is in India twice the systems had my role incorrectly defined (just something unimportant like the ERP system I specialise in' I could go on but my therapist says I should try to forget lol

Nothing is bad actually yeah

Management could be a hassle,

Only hike issue, promotion should be on time
