Pmo manager
The area is open for all, it is up to an individual to climb the ladder
The employees till the mid level are not valued or I would say even thanked by the higher management while they leave the company, even if worked for more than 10+ years. The individual is left alone to ponder how to grow, no one will guide you here. All kinds of policies and latest technologies are there for you but, no one is there to guide you, to inspire you. everything on emails.
Software developer
Supportive team culture and decent work-life balance. Good place to start your career. Exposure to real-time projects. Access to learning platforms. Job security is a plus.
Limited career advancement opportunities. Salary growth is slower than industry average. Bureaucratic processes. Project allocation can be random. Tech stack sometimes outdated.
