- Less hike. - Slow process. - Bad managers.

In some projects, the work culture is good. But on others due to some toxic manager, they made the work place too toxic.
There are many cons like for long term they pay very less, so you can not survive. Some managera are very much autocratic.

Many employees say the work culture allows a decent balance between personal and professional life (depends on project/client).
Some teams follow rigid processes, which may feel repetitive or slow for those wanting a fast-paced, innovative environment.
