Work-Life Balance – In most projects, the work hours are manageable and give decent balance. Supportive Team Culture – Collaborative environment with approachable managers and colleagues. Good for Freshers – Great place to learn corporate culture, SDLC, and software project handling. Internal Learning Portals – Access to Wipro’s LMS for learning/upskilling in technical and soft skills.
Low Salary Hikes – Annual increments are often below market expectations. Slow Career Growth – Promotions and role changes can be slow without consistent follow-ups. Project Allocation Delay – Sometimes there's a long wait between training and getting real project work. Too Many Bench Periods – Depending on the business unit, bench time can be uncertain. I have worked over 2 years here and 4 different projects across geographies. You can stay if you're looking to have a chill time and do not want to pursue competition and high growth career trajectory. Variable is paid out quarterly.
The work culture is laid back and not very innovation oriented. Office environment is depressing with ODC setting and not something to look forward to.
