Great company which relies on top-notch people! Very professional culture and environment is their key to successful engagements. I work with some truly remarkable people above and below. We consistently "get it done" with team spirit and a special comradery for which I deem critical to job satisfaction in my life in the 2020's.
The culture can quickly burn some folks out with a high-level workload and feeling there's no "good time", ever, to take a day off--my feelings and opinion over the past few years. This, in itself, is seemingly a more common theme to get more done with fewer people in just about all service-based industries today.
Wipro work culture is really good. Lots of on-site opportunities. 9-5 office vibe.
Shift benefits are pretty average.

- Nothing apart from average pay - work life balance depends on project
- They hire for some project and if project is done they keep you in bench and after 45days they simply say you will be in loss of pay and force you to leave. - Hire and fire policy - Worst management don't even care about employees problem's

For employees hired into a role in the US it is extremely difficult to move up. Your team members offshore will be promoted 5x and eventually become your manager while you continue to be overlooked.
