Everything is fine ,just go and join

Food is not good in the canteen

Very Less Pay No Increment

Slow progression in some departments. Difficult to get Higher rating in appraisal . Some Managers can be partial. No appreciation for good or hard work . No added benefits , low in staff welfare . No offsites or unofficial gatherings
