- Notice peroid is 90days - Promotion/increment process is very tedious and hike is also not much good, less than 5% sometimes 2 or 3% - Worst part is if you're on bench for 45days, then they will not pay anything to employee. - Wipro is a big organization but still medical insurance policy is not employee friendly
