I am reviewing about the WILP programme only. Pros are you get a master's degree for free and job security for 4 years
Literally every other thing comes under cons Wilp Master's degree has less value than a normal one Will mentally and financially drain you 4 years in a row Stipend system is outdated considering current market inflation Worst of the worst projects in testing and support which you will be tagged to and therefore lose a good 18 months of your time to work on something meaningful No good project intakes for WILP , they'll ask for B1/B2 . Managers , leads , your peers will be unresponsive no matter how many texts you send them via teams .
