Work life balance is good here. Lot to learn in a project technically, if its a new development. Project leadership is good and very understanding, always listen to the teams problem and work on solutions. Focus on learning new techs/certifications like AWS. Hybrid and remote flexibility whenever required.
single digit increments mostly. Only 15% increments for promotions. Support projects are not that good but provided good worklife balance. Monetory awards are way too less, like 500rs, 100rs, etc like labours.
