Bad culture, bad appraisal politics

Too much office politics within employees.

Too many rounds of interviews

Lots of internal processes and hoops for the most basic of things. Finding creative ways to keep ahead of the bench (which even accrues over holidays mandated by the firm) is particularly jolly. There is no standard application of policies so being bewildered is pretty standard. All labelled “the Wipro Way”. The expectations of being fully billable whilst working on side of desk activities is quite remarkable and worse than the big 4. Consulting doesn’t really exist although it could if they sorted out the above. If you want to be a Consultant this isn’t the place for you.

Travelling is very difficult in all locations

Bad management , slow work , no promotion , stagnant and same work

No hike No growth No project
