Pmo manager
Good place to learn new technologies
Poor time management and shift
Growth marketing manager
Value driven, Community first and globally cooprative team that is dedicated to doing their best for the company
The process is quite long and many teams still work in silos
Senior project engineer
1) you learn a lot in various projects you work if you have joined as a Wasian 2) Journey from wasian to employee is a fulfilling one in terms of learning-exposure to various technologies, domains and clients you work for 3) WILP is great- working on weekdays and attending classes on weekends- Sure it gets hectic at time- but in the end yields the fruit -depends on the teaching faculty at your work location and if you are working on projects using latest technology
1) Stipend paid to wasians is way lower than what a helping staff at mall earns. 2) Employees are not treated as humans by clients at time while working on client side projects, wipro management needs to intervene and lay ground rules on the language and behavior used by clients to communicate with wipro employees.

Senior consultant
There are almost no pros except flexible WFH hrs, which completely depends on the project & the manager.
Wipro is a typical IT employer who doesn't give promotion or hike, doesn't give the full CTC to its employees, doesn't give medical allowance which is a part of the employee's CTC until bills & doctor's prescriptions are produced. Doesn't encourage its employees, the IT desk of Wipro is a lethargic bunch who don't even understand English properly. Employees are laid off if they remain on bench for 45 days, yet the managers don't take responsibility to provide projects to the employers. Abnormal pay disparity is rampant in Wipro. My salary was below 20 lpa being in B3, while some of my colleagues' CTC is above 24 lpa also being in B3. All favorite employees are given promotion, onsite opportunities, hikes while hard working employees are given carrots.
Consultant
Good place to work, no micromanagement, flexibility, Hybrid working, good work life balance, leaves are okay, good team people, no location constraint based on projects, longer WFH approval policy
no benefits/ perks like furniture allowance one time or renewable, gym membership, food coupons, no internet/ mobile expense reimbursement, no good hikes, leave counts are lesser than the similar companies, this might not be applicable for higher management as they may have such benefits and then it is not fair and non-equality.

There are absolutely no pros about working for this company unless (possibly) you are desperate and live in India.
Google their lawsuits, that should give you a clue about their racist culture (if you are not Indian). NO ONE takes any accountability for their actions, they thrive on creating a toxic culture of finger pointing and calling everyone out on calls and in emails. They cram their 5 habits down your throat (being respectful, always communicating, being responsive, demonstrating stewardship, building trust) of which they live by NONE.
