Hikes percentage is very less and beach policy is not good

The pay is low, no increases

Nothing as such. It was good.

Bad management, managers I have come across are pretty bad and they can stoop as low as possible like discussing office politics right infront of 30+ audience. Know it all attitude when they feel they only know and treat devs very rudely. They need better vocabulary, we are working for Wipro but not slaves to these pupil. Coming to hike, it is 3 years since I joined Wipro yet to receive hike even though I got 4 rating every time. We are not asked to work on weekends, we are ordered to work on weekends. Expect to work on weekend at least 2 times a month They have poor tech arch’s and they are just here to take credit. They don’t have any technical understanding at all. We have to wait for onshore resources to get info. So most of work falls on middle level developers to work and to take blame. If at all great deployments you know who are easy to take the credit And I understood one thing for sure bad managers lose good employees

Less pay. Slow career growth

Onsite opportunities are less comparatively.
