Worse Management, internal politics, zero work life balance, you won't be recognised for your effort.

Nothing to my experience so far

Salary Growth may be Slow Pressure and Targets - regular evaluation and feedback Shift-based Work - long and stretched work hours are expected from employees

no comms with anyone in management for feedback, improvement etc

Raises are non-existent. It's almost impossible to move up in the company. Management had their own clique. Upper managers let lower managers get away with stuff that a typical employee would be fired for.

Delay in appraisal, and no update yet even after 15 months

There are no cons according to me.
