Project engineer
1. Wipro often invests in training and development programs, which can help employees enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends. 2. Working for a well known company adds value to a resume.
1. In a large company, it can sometimes feel like you are a small cog in a large machine, and individual contributions may not always be as visible. 2. Large organizations often have bureaucratic structures, which can slow down decision-making and create rigid processes. 3. Your experience can vary greatly depending on the projects you are assigned to. Some projects may be more engaging and challenging than others.

If you're lucky and get a good manager and project lead, you'll have a fun experience at work. The work-life balance is pretty good, and I had a hybrid work style which is a great plus.
If you are not lucky, you will be assigned to a project which you don't resonate with, have to deal with office politics and get paid less than what you probably deserve.
