Not getting the annual hikes regularly

No professional growth unless you are boss's pet animal So much politics and zero interest in work by the "So called" leaders So called leaders lack basic knowledge of basic work ethics, empathy towards colleagues, always behaving like moronic goons Always speaking in the tone: Do you know who I am? Do you know my level? Are these leaders or roadside low lifes? So called leaders will make you work like an donkey and take all the credit themselves making you feel sorry for yourself Leaders have zero interest in the customers, improvements, quality only interested in themselves and their pet animals

Salary and Increment Concerns: Wipro’s pay scales and annual raises are sometimes viewed as lower compared to competitors, especially for entry and mid-level positions. Slow Career Progression: Due to the size and structure of the organization, promotions and career advancement can sometimes be slower than expected.

Less Pay and heavy work

None all good except annual hikw

Increment is delayed or not at all. Same goes for bonus and gifts. Payroll and GPO departments are very non cooperative. Even after submitting manager's approval, wrong attendance data was not rectified which lead to loss of pay of around 2-3 lakhs.

Sometimes meeting deadlines becomes crucial when there is business requirement

There was a sexual harrassment case against a TL but nothing happens.
