I joined as WASE Program where Wipro offered us MTech Degree with BITS Pilani and work alongside it. I have met some fantastic mentors in Wipro. I have not been in any conflict with management. They have helped me whenever I needed.
It was a bond of 5 years for joining the WASE program. Somewhat limited positions for Developers.
