Before 2022, it was good but now they are finding ways to cost cutting like not internet expenses allowance, no hike since last 15 months, cheap mediclaim vendors that helps wipro to save money but really difficult to raise reimbursement for employees. No promotion for 50 percent employees since 4 years. Changing leave policies, work from home policies and many policies not keeping employees optionins in mind.
