Project allocation may not always match your skills or preferences immediately. Compensation during initial years can feel below market standards. Wipro HR Services is not something I would recommend to join. No increment at all. I joined at 3.3 and now my salary is only 4.5 after almost 4 years of service. Got all recognition and rewards but when it comes to salary, they have nothing. No growth at all and a very toxic culture.
