1. They didn't stand true to their promise. We all got turbo offer letter(in July 2022) but our onboarding was postponed and later they regressed the offer to 3.6 and told to accept it next year in Feb 2023. 2. Complete chaos and disorder the way they map freshers to projects. Even after performing exceptionally well in trainings we were on bench for months. And then got tagged to random projects(with mismatched tech stacks). Some got cyber security while having training on Java. 3. New bench policy of 90 days which results in forced resignations. If you don't have any projects to map your employees...then how an employee is to be blamed and told to resign?? Even when the employee is on the verge of bench period completion, they don't tag him or her to any kind of project to save their job. They are told to resign. (Even at 2-3 years of total experience as a fresher with no offers in hand). Complete mismanagement..!

Ideally, you need more than two languages.
