Being a service company initial project onboarding takes time.

Very long working hours. Poor increment. Around 5-7%

1. No transparency in appraisal, 2. Bad managers 3. Forced to work in irrelevant field just for billability 4. Often expected to work 1.5-2.0x your capacity, but when you showcase your hard work, the practice says that because you are overworking, company is loosing pay of other employee, hence we cant hike your pay. 5.
