You have to do what managers say. You vant change the project unless the manager wants. Most projects are support based meaning no opportunities to learn. Unrealistic demands of client are accepted by higher management without much deliberation and then the lower level employees have to complete them.

Bad company if u are looking for personal growth

1) Mandatory WFO for 3 days per week. You need to travel for endless hours through extremely congested traffic. There is no relief of any kind for those who suffer from this. Even if you are an individual contributor, you still need to visit the office for absolutely no reason. 2) Salary increment is very very less. You may not even get it. It depends entirely on company's financials for that year. 3) Management is unaware about emploee's contributions, They hardly interact with you. 4) There is no point in refering someone from the employee reference portal. You never get to know what happened to the candidate that you had referred.
