The stateside group in Ohio was great to work with, flexible.
The company is incredibly cheap, you will get low-balled in your initial offer and then get 0-1% raise over your next 2 years. They are desperately trying to offshore any work they can to India while branding everything they are doing with the term "AI" - while not actually developing AI.

Job security, onsite visits, mentorship, and access to platforms like Trendnext for skill building and self-assessments.
Toxic work culture, expected to work overtime almost every day, unprofessional managers, bullying, unsafe work environment.
Change manager
Working as a Change Manager at Wipro has been a rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and engaging environment, allowing for effective change initiatives. Wipro provides opportunities for learning and skill development, enhancing expertise in IT governance and automation. The work-life balance is fairly good, with flexibility in managing responsibilities. However, career progression could be improved, as growth opportunities may not always align with individual aspirations. The job security is stable, but promotions and advancements can take time. Overall, it’s a great place to build expertise in change management, especially for those interested in IT operations and governance.
Slow Career Progression: Growth opportunities and promotions may take longer compared to industry standards. Salary & Benefits: Compensation might not be as competitive, especially for experienced professionals.

Process executive for google adwords
Good entry-level role to understand the fundamentals of digital advertising. Structured processes make it easy to learn and follow workflows. Opportunities to gain hands-on experience with Google AdWords tools. Supportive team environment and approachable management. Stable work culture with predictable schedules. Exposure to international clients and campaigns (if applicable).
Limited career growth opportunities within the role. Repetitive and process-driven tasks with little room for creativity. Strict adherence to SLAs can lead to a stressful work environment. Minimal exposure to strategic aspects of digital marketing. Micromanagement and rigid workflows may hinder autonomy. Limited training beyond initial onboarding.
Good company with wfh option
No much hike . All good apart from that
Anonymous employee
Nothing is there to add here
One of the worst companies to work for. The old glory of Wipro is not there anymore. The management is focused on stealing pennies from employees than rewarding them. This company has zero employee experience. They implement various policies in the name of being ethical company, but what ethics does a company carry if they consider zero value for its employees. The focus is more about making favorable policies for senior management to make their pockets full.

Wipro is a solid place to start your career, especially for freshers. The company provides decent training, structured onboarding, and exposure to a variety of projects and tools. I had the opportunity to work with some great colleagues and learn a lot about data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance. The work-life balance is generally manageable, and the environment is fairly stable.
Career progression can be quite slow, and internal opportunities for advancement aren't always clear or accessible. Compensation is below industry average for many roles, and performance-based rewards don’t always align with actual contributions. Some internal systems and processes could use modernization to allow for more agility and innovation.
organised, good scope for growth
easy layoffs , less salary, bad equipment

Security is there, your safe for life.
Very toxic, too much IT Politics

alary structure varies greatly depending on factors like role, experience, and location. While some roles may offer competitive compensation, others might be perceived as lower, particularly for entry-level or experienced positions outside of high-demand areas. Employee reviews indicate a mixed sentiment regarding compensation, with some finding it fair and others expressing dissatisfaction.
Wipro, like any large organization, has its share of drawbacks. Some common concerns include slower salary growth, bureaucratic processes, and variability in project experiences. Additionally, some employees report difficulties with work-life balance, compensation, and internal politics

Bit of management issues in wipro
Strategic partnerships manager
Incredible minds and genuine, friendly, inclusive working environment both virtually and face-to-face. Zoom calls were a joy despite the complexity of a matrix structure.
Leadership swap-outs every 6 months disrupted the flow and synchronicity of doing business. A magic is lost when you lose dedicated and loyal folks who are proud to work for Wipro.
