I have worked over 2 years here and 4 different projects across geographies. You can stay if you're looking to have a chill time and do not want to pursue competition and high growth career trajectory. Variable is paid out quarterly.
The work culture is laid back and not very innovation oriented. Office environment is depressing with ODC setting and not something to look forward to.
