Supportive team culture with good opportunities to learn for freshers and lateral hires. Exposure to large-scale client environments and enterprise-level infrastructure. Good work-life balance in most projects. Access to learning platforms like Udemy, CloudLabs, and internal Wipro training modules. Decent job security and timely salary credit. Flexible work-from-home or hybrid options (project-dependent).
Salary hikes and promotions are relatively slow compared to industry standards. Internal mobility can be challenging and takes time. Too many internal processes and approvals for simple tasks. Limited technical growth in support-based roles unless self-initiated. Bureaucratic management layers can sometimes slow decision-making.

You can able to use third party learning platforms to upgrade your skils.
Learning is not there, you have to perform the same work. And the work environment depends on manager
I would personally recommend don't join Wipro, Even after hard work you get 5% of Annual Hike and again your Variable Pay, will get paid only 50% or 40%. it's your own salary but management will play a game stating that there's no Wipro Margin. Hence we are taking the margin from Employees Salary.
It's a Service based Company, If your are in Internal Bench none of the Internal HR will call for project. u'll have to be in the bench. Based on the Band Wipro will ask you to leave the company.
