Paying to employee somewhere is not upto mark

Less package, less hikes , no growth ,

No hike since 2 years and less development project

No additional incentives, bonus, etc.

Those good policies not being followed. HR holds the salary without informing you.

Low salary and nit paid for the work we are doing

Performance ratings, Management and HR team are favourable to each other where employee gets downfall.

Growth and appraisal is good but not par as compare to MNC

They have introduced a resource rotaion that is quite annoying as every 2 year we need to get in to different project and new customer that may help us to grow but some time it will be annoying and pay structure is also not very good
