Sometimes there will be pressure. We should work accordingly.

Limited Onsite Opportunities: Onsite roles are mostly reserved for senior positions or specific profiles. Internal Transfers Take Time: Switching domains/technologies through Internal Job Posting (IJP) can be a long and uncertain process. Workload Imbalance: Some days have high pressure due to urgent client pricing requests, while others are slow — leading to an uneven work rhythm. Basic Perks for Freshers: Employee benefits are standard but not very appealing for entry-level employees compared to product-based companies. Strict Process Adherence: While it ensures quality, it can limit flexibility and creativity in approaching tasks.

The flexible working hours and the option to work from home have been particularly beneficial in managing my workload and personal commitments. However, I believe there is always room for improvement. It would be great to see more initiatives focused on employee well-being, such as wellness programs, mental health support, and regular check-ins to ensure that everyone is managing their work-life balance effectively. If you released from any project you would automatically put in notice period which is first 45 days are paid and next 45 days are unpaid
