Management depends on the project

Less salary then the competition

Irrespective of pay you can get knowledge

Leadership that doesn't understand the technology like cloud but introduces themselves as cloud expert. Just taking the projects without any proper analysis by experts that how long it will actually take to complete the work. Committing 1 year work to be completed in 6 months and then asking employees to work day and night otherwise threatening to put in pip.

Less projects on new technologies

Minha experiência na Wipro foi extremamente negativa. A empresa demonstra total despreparo em sua liderança, que adota práticas autoritárias e pouco humanas. O ambiente é tóxico, onde a pressão constante se sobrepõe à qualidade de vida dos funcionários. Saúde mental não é prioridade pelo contrário, é negligenciada. As comissões prometidas raramente são pagas, e tudo parece girar em torno de punições: advertências e ameaças de demissão por justa causa se tornam parte da rotina. A cultura imposta é de controle absoluto, chegando ao ponto de limitar e controlar os funcionários a apenas 20 minutos de pausa por dia, algo desumano considerando necessidades básicas como ir ao banheiro ou tomar um café. A cultura de medo, punição e microgerenciamento não é sustentável, ela destrói a motivação, aumenta a rotatividade e afasta talentos. Ou a liderança começa a enxergar os funcionários como pessoas e parceiros de negócio, ou a Wipro continuará sendo lembrada como um lugar onde se sobrevive, mas não se cresce. No geral, é uma empresa que prioriza apenas números e metas, sem qualquer preocupação com as pessoas que a sustentam. Não recomendaria a Wipro para quem busca um ambiente saudável ou de desenvolvimento profissional.

Little overwhelming at times so needs patience

Job security is very less and the culture is not very inclusive.

However for finance projects as BPO, work environment is not supportive due to high work pressure and improper management.

You have to come to office and spend all the 9 hours in office, even if your work can be done in 3 or 4 hours.
