Need to improve infrastructure of the company

Work pressure is quite high for the projects which are there with strict deadlines. Definitely you’ll be told to connect with clients One on One and thats where you’ll start growing as a person too but yeah gets a bit hectic.

Firstly, I’ve found it quite challenging to reach the HR team when I have concerns. Response times are slow, and follow-ups are often needed before getting any resolution. This has been especially difficult for new hires, where the payroll process can be confusing and unnecessarily delayed, causing added stress during the onboarding period. Secondly, the overall office environment feels overly strict and monitored. While I understand the need for structure, the current setup can feel restrictive, as if we are constantly being watched for any minor violations. Many simple things are not allowed, which affects employee morale and makes it difficult to stay enthusiastic and motivated at work.
