Less salary hikes in appraisal cycle

Mid-level management is not great.

Salary is a myth over here, you are only allowed to work, not ask for salary. Promotion or leading to a higher band is next to impossible

There was no hikes at all.

The people are too experienced here, not open to suggestions and definitely don't want youngsters to give their opinions. The main branch seems old and the cubicle format kills the entire vibe of anyone wanting to enter the corporate via Wipro. The combination of this makes me want to leave from here soon.

Every time project billing we should ask to manager and it's not happening from management side.
