Not enough compensation for high-performing employees

Less Hikes and less growth

Difficult to switch project and Technology once assigned.

In 45 days if u didn't allocated to project your released management and HR don't give proper response until you put pressure NO hike

Low compensation, slow career progression, outdated tech in some projects, bureaucracy, and limited innovation opportunities.

Worse Management, internal politics, zero work life balance, you won't be recognised for your effort.

Salary Growth may be Slow Pressure and Targets - regular evaluation and feedback Shift-based Work - long and stretched work hours are expected from employees

no comms with anyone in management for feedback, improvement etc

Raises are non-existent. It's almost impossible to move up in the company. Management had their own clique. Upper managers let lower managers get away with stuff that a typical employee would be fired for.

Delay in appraisal, and no update yet even after 15 months

Manager breathes down your neck, not allowed sick days. I was literally told I only am allowed planned leaves by hr. Things like getting sick needs to be planned. Also getting all two weeks of PTO requires working 15 months straight, being sick will get you a written warning and a meeting with HR. I received a pay cut when I transition to them through MSP as well. The trainings from them are useless content to give the feel of professionalism. Also if you can't literally do work because of client's availability, you will be told you are not performing consitantly every day of the week. Demoralizing work ethics even though you could be working with best case scenarios.

Full of cons. No variable pay

Less pay. 5 days office.
