You will get good variable pay if you are in project
There won't be any hike in your salary
Technical support
1. They pay you. Not much, but they do
1. Very, very low salary. Take the role as a last resort 2. All communication to you will be overnight because this company is in India 3. The language barrier is horrific. It makes small requests or inquiries very difficult to get resolved. The worst part is that if you persist in getting someone to help you, they will stop responding to you, which is infuriating 4. I would do Uber Eats until I found another role vs work for WIPRO again

Software developer
Had provided me free third party training of 2 months when I was on bench and Wipro had covered all the expenses. That helped me greatly cause before that my last project was on legacy project code hence I was missing multiple niche skills,
Slow financial growth for many employees who don't upgrade.

Good place to work for all
Nothing as such noticed in my tenure
Good company but not trustworthy.
They will stop your salary in 45 days if you don't have a project, but they will not release you when you are on the bench. Too much politics played by HRs.
• Good training programs for freshers • Wide range of projects with global clients • Opportunity to work on latest technologies • Flexible work culture in many projects • Job stability compared to startups • Supportive colleagues and collaborative environment • Onsite opportunities (depends on project/client)
Salary is on the lower side compared to other top IT companies • Growth and promotions can be slow • Work-life balance depends on project and client • Some projects have repetitive work with less learning • Appraisal hikes are usually limited • Internal processes can be bureaucratic
