Wipro Unza Malaysia Employee Reviews & Ratings

Salary hikes are internally low

Salary is low. Need to improve

Low salary, No growth. No support from management.

No hike for lat 2 years

Toxic environment i have faced in Servicenow team, groups and you are a salve and need to just say yes

Salary is very less...Sometimes work is more

No cons. A great company to work.

No hike/promotion No change of project

Excellent company in Bengaluru Karnataka

Too much churn in leadership and changes in strategy to drive growth

Management of managers Lot of politics Useless excuses of managers during promotion . Extra working hours.

Salary paid with the amount of work given and done is not as per market or even valued

Not enough project in current Wipro company

Work life balance and management

You get almost nothing here except efforts

Nothing is good ,unless good management is taking care of everything

If project is bad then problem

Not applicable for me to say

No growth and no enthusiasm

Nothing to mention. All are good

No organized structure , people dont respond to you , higher ups are just for name sake

Less sallary and increment here

Perks are depending on the project.

Not good career growth at the company

Salary hike are low , promotion are also slow

Inconsistencies in internal process and coordination

Salary hike don't expect here

Nothing as such which I can remember

The pay to work delivered output is a straight mismatch

Nothing to mention about cons

Pay can be a lot better as per the market standards

Salary, recognition, management, poltics, Boot licking

You'll have to spend a lot of time at the company for career progression.

I was struggling with commute time, no cons other than that

Slow growth in the company

Bit low salary but there is growth in career

there are no cons to work with this company

Nothing to say about negative

Salary is on lower side

Place was very far from my home

their transport system is very bad, and work culture is a little hectic and toxic

Nothing much, good for freshers

Not good pay for work

I felt positive in every aspect.

worst lace for learning, too much polotics

No cons available as of now

No retirement plans Depends on the acct, management may be changing

Favouritism in Management, Culture, Ok................

All things are cons only.Work life balance, toxicity. From day one joining the company they think you know everything in 3 months you are ultimate champ that can do work like a person working there 3 years will do.Never ever join BFM role and wipro company.

Salary increment may not be in double digits for mid professional employees and variable pay is not a good thing
