The behavior of the higher-ups is unprofessional, and it often feels like employees are just numbers to them. The bonus schemes are misleading, as they claw back any bonuses if you decide to leave the company. On top of that, the salary is extremely low, with multiple deductions, making it hard to stay motivated or feel valued as an employee
