Worst management i had ever seen i have overall 7+ years of experience worked in multiple MNC bug i have ever seen such management with no process knowledge i dont why wipro is hiring such management and troubling the operators in the seek of project dead line this was the main reason why many of the operators dropped the papers and switched to another company

Everyday new rules are coming which you don't like, no hike, nothing for employees.
