Better environm could do better

They say unwanted reason during the appraisal period.

Bad compensation structure, R&R framework, promotion and hikes. Didn't give hike twice in 5 years I've been, including this year. Promotion cycle is botched with no clarity.

Appraisal cycle takes more than 18 months to complete and hike will be given without any arrears for the delay in cycle completion

If the the project is not great we hardly get to learn anything. Most of the projects in wirpo are support oriented.

Workload can be high during peak delivery phases, processes can be slow due to multiple approvals, and career growth may depend heavily on project availability.

Poor management they just take you in the project and take you out of the project whenever they want no valid reason and no choice of choosing the domain
