Very less paid and salary never gets revised until or unless you don't bring any counterpart, NO HIKE, recognition is given only to the same person, doesn't let people work on according to their tech stack..they will keep you in one project until you die.

I work on client location with client laptop and there are this courses given by hr to complete that are a headache and extra work
