Nothing to say about this company no work life, no stability, very less hike

Nothing from my side perspective

Forced compliance is worst 6hrs in office else leave gets deducted. Laptops installed with time tracking tools to see if employees spending 9.5 hrs per day or not,doesn't matter I'd you have work or not ,you should keep seeing the laptop and using tools for 9.5 hrs Even after working hard ,feels like company doesn't trust employees.

Growth can be slow Internal movement takes time

Less salary compared to other salary

Compensation is not up to the mark after a certain point of time in your career

No hikes and no promotions

Lack of professionism from HR and Managers. Salary and benefits is below average. No perks or benefits.

highest in high cons working for wipro is the range of salary we receive doesnt balance the work we do. its absolutely from our project not surely from other core IT projects.

CTC is so low for medical billing division that you'll feel like being exploited for the workload that you drag around

Management doesnt have good talent , business suffer and low level emloyees impacted.

Getting project again is difficult once existing is completed

I have seen most of colleagues left the org because they didn't get project allocation after WASE completion.
