Alot of potential to improve technically. Loads of work.

No career growth opportunities here
Project manager
Some friendly colleagues: I've met a few wonderful colleagues who made the work atmosphere somewhat bearable. Central location: The office is located conveniently, making the commute manageable.
Poor management: The management at Worldline lacks direction and communication. Decisions seem arbitrary, and there's a noticeable lack of leadership. Limited growth opportunities: Despite assurances of career advancement, there are limited opportunities for professional development. Promotions are rare and often seem arbitrary. Lack of recognition: Hard work often goes unnoticed and unappreciated. There's a distinct lack of recognition for employees' efforts and achievements. Poor employee morale: The overall morale among employees is low, with many feeling disillusioned and unmotivated.

A company that leads by example and focused on becoming the best for its employees, clients, partners and stakeholders.
Global company so be prepared to work outside of 9-5pm local time. On a good note there is no policing of what time you start or stop work. Focus is on output value. So no complaints.

Company has a good work culture
One need to think about pay.
If you are a fresher looking for some decent experience in payments - you will get it here very nice and friendly HR
I worked at worldline for about a decade and have seen all kinds of management and colleagues. In the recent years, the level of management is become extremely low. This had led to a very high attrition rates. One level of management is hiring another level of incompetent management friends and acting like its their family business. Lots of talented and experienced resources left the company because of many incompetent managers. The salaries across levels is extremely low compared to the market standards
Software testing

Free snacks in evening after 6.30pm. Worldline has noting to do with Atos. Worldline is like a startup company who is using the name of Atos to get project and employees. Else Nothing as such.
So much politics inside the team. Don’t join if you are going to work for IPG (Internet Payment Gateway) Project in India. Some people will try to insult you every now and then.
