One need to think about pay.

I worked at worldline for about a decade and have seen all kinds of management and colleagues. In the recent years, the level of management is become extremely low. This had led to a very high attrition rates. One level of management is hiring another level of incompetent management friends and acting like its their family business. Lots of talented and experienced resources left the company because of many incompetent managers. The salaries across levels is extremely low compared to the market standards

Everything on Manager. If you are favorite , you will get everything you want else you need to struggle from a single sick leave to notice period serving

-Bad environment -Playing politic -Not professional

Salary, working hours, work place locations

Difficult career progression Lack of strategy

Still archaic way of working!

Can't think of any cons

Not much as of now

Can make you work which is not relevant.
