Having to deal with constant negative feedback from brokers Not having authority to resolve problems - having to liaise with / persuade team who caused the problem to resolve it quickly Tendency to get stuck / typecast in this role (a little overlooked in terms of promotion) Company is a bit too 'Sydney-centric' Have used CAMS as de-facto Claims Advisers during catastrophes / extreme backlog and also as QA team back-fill

- Poor pay relative to competitors in the market - Not much career progression - Remote work so limited in-person events/office meetings

Poor leadership observed in C suite and managerial level. Incapable managers are able to keep their job for many years. Lack of platform to progress if you’re not part of the regional team.

Lack of communication from management, not much support after training and when raising concerns they are not listened to
