Hours can be long and stressful

There's been a lot of change

A lot of stress, treated like children, very poor management.

Critical concern of its management team. Ethics and compliance not conform.

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

Workload may be quite high as very fast pace industry

High volume of PM's, I found I was allocated to a project where there was a gap, not what matched my skillset and own development needs. Traditional masculine behaviours appeared to be valued. As a female, I felt very uncomfortable and found it difficult to challenge . Unhappy team - I was put on a team where morale was low and they unhappy with the project and management. Systems are archaic .

Salary could be better, lack of transparency from management

Salary and bonus is slightly lower than other companies
