100% remote so all stakeholders and suppliers are in Switzerland with a strict no fly policy. (this is why i left as it restricts the ability to do the role IMO) Lack of IT Procurement days in office as all UK based.

Some teams can slack but some other teams can't.
I was employed out of Poland with an international role. The local office is made up of a great team of people (400) who support the group globally, with opportunities to develop internationally.
Working remotely, I had limited chances to interact with the local team but that was part of my own contract set up and down to the flexibility I was afforded.
