The culture I found to be toxic and particularly excluding. Locally, management seem to be confusing culture with D&I, and when I raised concerns about the culture, my issues would be dismissed and then I would find myself excluded. From systems, to processes to people, they are set in their ways and unsupportive to anyone who questions anything about their ways.

Can’t retain staff so continual pressure to do more Regular restructuring that seems to be implemented without proper research or training roll out Cliquey environment amongst senior management
