Systems are old and clunky. Instead of having 1 singular system, it’s spread over multiple which is confusion and wastes time. Also no room for pay increases, which doesn’t reflect the current market in this field.

It gets very busy at times

Commuting was frustrating due to transit delays.

Too many red tapes, a lot of unrealistic expectations coming from lack of effective communications

Organization is a bit fragmented, takes time for things get done
