There is no cons. The salary could be higher but the environment at work and the other conditions are beyond expectations!

Rotating 24/7 schedule means odd hours; high employee turnover and limited coverage. Similar problem w/ risk management sector in general, chill 90 percent of the time but WILL be extremely stressful 10 percent of the time.

Poor salary and very limited growth opportunities

Colleagues who are low key toxic or play politics especially to newcomers or to those that are not a good fit. The Chinese here will look down on you if you are not like them (like cannot speak their cina lingo). I have been humiliated many times before in front of other colleagues. It’s like the benefits are great but the team or office culture sucks max. Sorry not sorry.

Useless system, no any work life balance

Uninspiring colleagues and bosses, dull environment

Little room for advancement in NY.
