Role Summary
The 3D Visualizer is responsible for producing photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations that align with the designer's concept and initial design intent. This role involves collaboration with designers and managing creative processes to deliver high-quality visual results.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily production of 3D visualizations, working closely with design teams to bring concepts to life. You will be expected to manage timelines and ensure the quality of creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.
- Collaborate with designers to brainstorm themes and conceptual designs.
- Model and convert data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.
- Manage submission timelines and administer creative control.
- Deliver quality creative results that align with design intent.
- Work independently and under supervision to coordinate with designers.
- Model projects starting from minimal sketches.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in corporate office interiors.
Good understanding of design including image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture, and fixtures.
Keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative.
Proficient in 3D Max & Vray, Corona, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
