Job Description
The role is for a mid-to-senior Full Stack Developer joining an innovation team in APAC. The developer will design, develop, and maintain applications and platforms for client-facing projects and internal workflow automation systems, working on both front-end and back-end development, contributing to architecture decisions, and shaping technology stacks for AI-powered tools. The developer will be hands-on in delivery and mentor junior developers. The role requires broad technical skills, interest in emerging technologies, and collaboration with creative, data, strategy, and client services teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Express, Django, or similar).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and API development/integration.
Experience with Snowflake, advanced analytics, or AI integration.
Practical experience integrating LLMs via API is important.
5+ years of experience in full stack development (mid-to-senior level).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Proven ability to deliver both client-facing and internal applications.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology.
