Role Summary
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and platforms for client-facing projects and internal workflow automation systems. This role involves collaboration with various teams to deliver scalable solutions while mentoring junior developers.
Job Description
In this role, you will be part of an innovation team in APAC, working on both front-end and back-end development. You will contribute to architecture decisions and shape technology stacks for AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop client-facing applications and internal workflow automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide hands-on delivery support.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technology stack selection.
- Integrate AI-powered tools and emerging technologies into projects.
- Maintain and optimize existing applications and platforms.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in full stack development (mid-to-senior level).
Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Express, Django, or similar).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and API development/integration.
Practical experience integrating LLMs via API is important.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
