This role involves leading projects at Genting Highland by managing teams, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. The position requires building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners while overseeing project scope, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
The role involves building and developing the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. The person will lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and implementation plans including risk mitigation. Coordination of internal and external resources will be necessary to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. The role includes analyzing project status and revising scope, schedule, or budget as needed to meet project requirements. Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders for day-to-day project status communication is required. Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. Developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources like vendors and sub-contractors is required. The person will assign and monitor resources for project efficiency and maximum deliverables and report project outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues as necessary according to the project work plan.
3 or more years of project management experience.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Proven success working with all levels of management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
