
The Account cum Admin Executive is responsible for assisting in administrative, HR, and accounting tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between various departments and external partners.
In this role, the Account cum Admin Executive will engage in daily administrative and accounting activities, working closely with team members and external stakeholders. The environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
At least a Diploma.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (added advantage).
Experience with SQL accounting system is a plus.
Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Priority given to those with HR/accounting experience.
