The Account cum Admin Executive position involves managing a combination of administrative, HR, and accounting duties. This includes responsibilities such as handling E-Invoicing procedures, generating reports, monitoring debts, aiding payment collections, and supporting communication with external financial professionals.
The Account cum Admin Executive is responsible for assisting in administrative, HR, and accounting tasks, including liaising with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents. This role involves assisting and overseeing the implementation and procedures of E-Invoicing, generating sales and account reports, monitoring outstanding debtors, and supporting payment collection. Additionally, the executive helps resolve administrative issues, prepares and edits various documents, and handles ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (added advantage).
Experience in SQL accounting system will be added advantage.
Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with different departments.
Priority given to those with HR/accounting experience.
Preference for candidates seeking a stable and permanent job.
